Twitter bootstrap Login From

In this example we have learn make a quick form in twitter bootstrap. So here is example

So in this example I have create simple login screen, so here I  have use the classes “form-horizontal “ used for horizontal from

“Form-group class”:  Wrap labels and controls in a <div> with class.

“control-label col-sm-2”: used for label and occupy the two columns
